How do I order?

The easiest way to place an order is online. This way you can see if an item is not in stock and get the correct shipping costs based on the weight of your order and the destination. However, you can also email us at wholesalebeltsusa@gmail.com to place an order.

What is your order minimum?

The order minimum to purchase wholesale is $100 and there is no minimum per item.    

Shipping Cost

You can place in your cart all the products you like and then click on "checkout". You will then see the costs to ship your order using the different carriers. 

International Orders

We ship to most countries in the world. We can give quotes for international shipping through email. To determine your shipping cost, please add products to your shopping cart and click to "checkout". You will then see the shipping costs with the various carriers.We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 When International packages are sent, we automatically email tracking information. This information verifies the package has been sent and should arrive within 6-10 business days (UPS Worldwide). We will not be responsible for any local custom clearance fees, duties or delays. If the package has not been received in that time, please contact your local custom's office or postal carrier and see if it is being held for any reason. This will be your responsibility.

How long before I get my order?

We usually ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on the shipping method chosen, your order will be received within 1-7 days from ship date.

 

How do I know when my order is shipped?

You will get an email from us informing you the order was shipped out. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card and Amex. You can pay us through Paypal.  

What is your Return Policy?

We have an extremely low return rate, which speaks for the quality and service of our products and store. However, in the event you do need to return an item, we try to make it "hassle free".

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

The following conditions apply to refunds/exchanges:

1. Please contact us (click the "Contact us" link) to get an authorization. UNAUTHORIZED ORDERS WILL BE REFUSED.

2. An item may be returned or exchanged within 7 days (postmarked) of receipt. 

3. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging

4. NO COD's accepted.

5. Shipping costs are not refundable

6. Items are refunded to the same payment method used

8. There will be a 20% restocking fee, unless a mistake was done on our end. 

9. Credit card and Paypal payments would be refunded to the same payment method. Money orders payments would not be refunded but given as a credit towards future orders.
